My comeback

One thousand six hundred and seventy-one days, I am here again where I had left. Today, not today actually from past one week I have given enough thoughts what I am going to write on my come back, and within a few minutes I decided let’s summaries this One thousand six hundred and seventy one days, where I had disappeared. Unsure whether someone will be interested in this short story or not, I am sure somewhere at some point you may relate to.

So, when I was not writing, I was only thinking no, only hoping of better tomorrow by not doing anything different. Lack of determination and discipline in my personal life adding to it, I am not going to shy away to accept it

Few years back, I accidently happen to fund into the business, jumping into an opportunity without knowing pros and cons. I incurred in huge losses, still in debt to pay half of it. The Learning I got – Not to jump into any opportunity without studying it. Low risk jump in opportunity– High risk, Study the opportunity 360 degree.

In the first half of my disappearance days, I had my focus only on business how to get it profitable and second half in worry of how to pay the debts.

When I was under the debt mountain lifting it all alone, during that time I was only passing those days one by one. Counting each and every day to pass on, believing all days are not the same, better days are yet to come. Was I depressed? Certainly, unsure of the depression level though. Apart from doing my salaried job, I was glued to Prime and Netflix, watching series after series to forget current life. I wasn’t drinking and smoking in case you are imagining it. I doesn’t smoke, I drink only in happy moments. At that time, I was only trying to control my mind by not letting it to think anything because I was only getting frightening thoughts of present day and worry about future. At one point I had food worry, bills were higher than my salary, such a frightening time.

During those days my focus in existing job increased to do better and better to earn more to pay debt. I love my job which I am doing from past 10 years, which is something I will continue to do for a long period for sure even after my debts are paid off. I enjoy my job, not only because it pays my bills but also it gives me various opportunities to keep doing better than yesterday.

You cannot be the same person you were yesterday; you must make better version of yourself today for your better tomorrow. This was unknowingly happening in my professional life, where I had my only focus during that time. I will write about it in detail on my blog on career journey.

Soon after the days started to turn good, the world is struck by C-19. This time I was not the only one in worst time of the 21^st century, we all are. It gave me totally different perspective towards life ‘it is only today – the existing inevitable moment’ my topic for next Sunday.

Is that really necessary when you become successful women in your life to tag yourself “you are the boy for your dad and mom”, I often heard it.

When I listen like above punch line, I think is that you feel sorry that you born as a girl to your parents or you proving your parents look don’t feel sad, I have done the same if I were born as a boy.

When we say we are equal to guys and standing shoulder to shoulder with them in this competitive world why we need them as a benchmark to prove ourselves. We are setting benchmark for us every now and then as we progress, where we need not to prove ourselves compare to guys. Gender equality do not mean that women needs to prove the world that we are in same line as men, I believe we have to come out of this stereotype. Though we do not intentionally do this, it happens indirectly.

Men and women the discrimination which were there before, where some type of jobs are only meant for men like electricals, army etc., in the same line the jobs like fashion world, where we use to think only women can have a better taste. Look now, we have come far away from this where the job profile does not necessary to have gender discrimination. Then why should we discriminate in our behaviours.

As we have come a long way, we should see the competition human to human and not to compare with where men and women can do better.

When you talk so proudly about your success, have the courage to tell the world “you are the Women of the show” instead “You are the man of the show” and even praise other fellow women in the same line.

Join hands for Humanity

I have a religion like you, I am lucky to have friends, well-wishers from all kind of religion. I have not read any Books on any religion not even of my religion, I think I did a good thing so my thoughts which I will be putting here will be transparent as I am looking for and thinking only of humanity.

In today’s world, all are fighting with each other in the name of God and religion to achieve what? I do not understand; we are born alone and will die alone “we all have got a life not to fight to live”.

It is true many of us do not like other religion, because of the different set of beliefs and practices which are contrary to another religion belief. We are not born to correct or destroy other religion as per our beliefs, when the baby born in this world we human segregate them as per his/her parent religion. If we keep all the new born of different religion in one place and tell you to segregate them as per religion they belong to, it will not be the easy task if you ignore their look features. There might be the reason the soul gets birth in particular religion but the reason I am sure not to fight and kill other religion.

Like me you too will have friends who are from different religion and I believe while making friends like me you have seen them as good heart people and not from their religion.  Here in India we celebrate all festivals of all religion with our friends, I have seen different religion people visiting Church, Dargah, Temple and offering respect to other religion god, we still have humanity in our heart we have to spread it, if we want our future generation to born to live and not to get kill.

“I also urge here to all my friends if you do not wish to spread positivity for another religion at least do not spread negativity in the form of news, social media post etc.  It hurts your other religion friends feeling. Not necessary whatever publish on internet is true, and your blind trust on such kind of information hurts other religion people same way as you get hurt if you see anyone pointing to your religion. Some people are purposely creating conflicts among us do not become victim for them. Later if you find the news is correct at the cost of humanity, we all must stand together holding all religious hands to fight against people who do not want humanity.”

If you want to spread positivity and create peace on earth talk about humanity, spread humanity through social media, we all want to live happily. Support your friends and people of different religion when they are going through hatred situation when devils mind humans are attacking any religion Respect all Religion and support humanity.

Leadership is Responsibility.

Leadership is responsibility do you believe? Yes it is, you are responsible for the people who follow you. Have you ever thought the messages you pass on to your follower are all of them incorporated it equally. Agreeing to your thoughts and actioning on your thoughts can not be the same always. Do not forget all has their individual intuition and they incorporate your thoughts to the extent which are in agreement with their own thinking. If you could not able to pass on the correct message and ensure you are in agreement with your follower intuition you will not be able to lead them to achieve common goal. Leader in you and Leader in your individual follower should first agree on common thoughts with everyone own intuition.

As a Leader you are responsible for your followers thinking and their actioning too. Ensure you have always positivity in your thoughts and your actions must be always in good faith for society.

Lead the way you want

You are the leader among one of all living hood in this world. Are you thinking that you are lagging behind in this fast and vast world? you are wrong.

There are leader very famous whom we look up to, who guide us in our own ways. I too have them whom I admire. But as some famous leader said “Do not leave others dream” do not rush back to what they achieved through their hard work either you will go beyond where they stand or you will not reach to their state at all. You will have your own state which no one can take away from you neither you can give it to others.

Believe in yourself you are the leader of your own life, where you stand at present in your life and where you want to take it, it is your way of leading.

My 1st Day

Today is my first day to write, not really I had written in past and stopped for no reason. Today is special day, I always wanted to contribute something for the world and I am doing it now. When I am expressing my thoughts today I am little worried as I am not so good in writing I am good at dreaming, imagining and thinking.

I remembered after long time today I had written one small story during my school days which was published in the local news paper. What happened next? why I stopped writing? I got answer today I will surprise if someone come and tell me they have only one dream in their life, I will bet on these debate all have countless dreams in their life some are become reality some are yet to be come in real, some of these just vanished or forgotten.

for me, It was writing one of my forgotten dream. Yes, I am going to talk about dreams. Dreaming is like breathing you cannot go away from this if you are alive. My imagination tells me if you believe in soul kind of thing even if your breath stopped you dream has no end.

I am going to give words to my life and dreams.
